Virtually all banks and lenders are going to have a due on sale clause, meaning they can demand full payment if the seller tries to sell the property or assign the mortgage without their consent.

And even though virtually every sponsor agreement allows me to share investment information with others who might be advising me on it (especially when club members are bound by an NDA), I still ask the sponsor if I can share it, because it's a test.

In late spring through summer season i am virtually 100% booked.
