It's a valuable repair and boosts your ARV which is everything when doing a BRRRR. 

The lone ranger approach works for some people, and I'm certainly not saying this is the only way or the "right way" to success, but for me and others in the community, it has been valuable and rewarding.

I found a win - win situation for the corporate owner, the rail road land owner, and the community who were plagued by the vagrants steeling and causing mischief.

As others have mentioned the ability to gain experience without risk is very valuable even if you are not making the profit you would like.

I did it after I purchased my first park, but gained a ton of valuable insights and networking opportunities as well.

I also purchased the "training/coaching" and received very little support and what I did receive was not very valuable.

Either way, this is a valuable lesson learned.
