Im currently putting together an offer on a short sale.Im going to submit it to a listing agent who i think is utterly clueless as to what im trying to accomplish.

Point is, if someone like Donald Trump has put MONEY and/or interest in this guy he's not too shabby...and again, your mentioning of this being the same as a typical "put a house under contract deal" is completely and utterly wrong...read up on his program, may even help you close a deal or two.

That in and of itself is unethical and immoral, as it is the utter antithesis of the "Free Market" philosophy which these same government agencies have espoused all along.

What I have observed is a complete and utterly contemptable attitude towards capitalism and free enterprise and an almost religious fervor for larger government "solutions" to economic problems.

IMHO letters from banks are utterly worthless.
