I just hope i can find something before the new year ideally so i can stop paying rent and own something.Noted on the cash flow aspects too (i have been using the duplex calcualtor for this) and understand i will have a small net payment each month while living there, which is completely understood and fine by me (better than paying large rent)

I was disappointed in the response from RentPrep that it was not understood how that happened and the applicant apparently did something wrong.

Was it marketed to you as POS compliant on the listing, or understood that the seller was clearing the POS?

Bought the lot cash and found a bank who referred a builder to put down on paper to be responsible for a fee but understood that I would be a first time builder for my own personal build.

Never understood the catch to places like new western, you can literally only wholesale and make a small cut from every deal.

He understood what troubles I experience self managing from afar as well.There's no start up fees, no lease renewal fee, minimal charges of I find my own tenant using them to only place the lockbox and take photos, otherwise it is 75%. 

He was hungry enough to take the time to understand my frustrations with agents under the covey principle of: Seek First to Understand, then to be understood.
