The same state that found cops who shot innocent, unarmed black men not guilty,  There are many shady RE agents around the country, but that doesn't mean I categorize them all into one box(now THAT'S uneducated) Although there are some shady wholesalers(as there are some shady people in every industry) there are also thousands of honest wholesalers who moves with integrity that actually care about helping people.

We use a tax protest company and they ask for HUD statements up to 3 years old, I don't know how they use this information, but it helps them lower our property taxes.

Be sure to expect protesters though if like last year....2)  If you got a huge reply,  you underpriced..

You can protest an appraisal you think missed the mark, but you need to be able to back it up. 

In Texas, protests need to be filed by May 31st and most counties have access to online appraisals to check the values

Anti development, anti property owners, anti tech, anti Google buses* protests left and right.

FB users searching for rentals tend to be younger and of the same mindset that staged the 1% rallies protesting the rich while blogging on their $1200 Macbook Air, living in their parents' basements and wearing designer Skinny Jeans. 

Then, after that, there may be protests.  

Just curious, does anyone know of a law firm in Texas that will handle property tax protests/appeals?
