Sad thing though, we had to dilerbaretly go late, just to get the lenders to help us..then, at the cost of our FICO's tanking, all the house of cards came tumbling down (credit card apr's went up-no surprise-refi's we were in the middle of-other properties-went South, etc..)...at least for all that pain, and suffering, this is a nice little surprise.Thanks for your reply.Vivienne

What if the market takes another tumble?

The price of of a barrel tumbled during the last quarter of 2008.

We were together, tumbling and flipping--ikio, nikio, sankio--as if they were also learning the basics, even the black belts!

I so happy that I tumbled across this group!

The stock market has tumbled quite a bit lately...creating buying opportunities...particularly in the energy sector.  

Where I am (not in Cleveland) all appliances come with the place (washer/drier, fridge and stove).
