You can tell the tenant that they can ignore the notice as long as they follow through on paying.As the landlord you want to maintain control of the situation - not allow the tenant to do so.

If there was no appreciation, there is no need to do a 1031 exchange.I have never been a fan of condo's as you lose some control over the investment - You have no control over the monthly maintenance fees, you may not have control over who is on the board, you have no control over special assessments.I wish the investments turn out well for you!

Mostly NYC real estate companies uses Yardi Voyager and not the Yardi Breeze that most people here in BP uses.Even if you get a job that uses Yardi, you will have limited access on what you can and cannot do just because the role you are in unless you are a Controller/CFO.
