If you are looking to wholesale that is really just a trader type model.

I trade options quite a bit and was wondering if any other Options guys/gals are doing anything with any Options trades right now. Almost bought some Puts when the market went above 28,000 (but didn't - kicking myself...

Cash out by traders is not in anymore.

But then when I told him my prices which are market rates for the houses, he wanted seller financing.That being said, I think the market is probably good to move money towards, but to reinvent your entire investment approach is operating more like a day trader. 

Going to be rough on currency traders since all the countries are doing it though.

now watch Jay become a day-trader (since Vegas got shut-down) lol "little money" probably means 25 large hahap.s futures almost 3% green (for a change) right now. 

She now has a handle on the daily receipts & it's amazing how much cash these little establishments can pull in.Another tenant is a full-time student but picked up a full-time 'gig' at Trader Joes for $22/hr plus a lot of o/time.

Not sure why'd you get out of the stock market right now :)If you're an active trader, this is a great time.
