Prepare for additional costs: If you’re adding units, you’ll likely need to address the water meter situation and possibly upgrade utilities.

From what I have researched they seem legitimate but the person I am working with is flakey, takes forever to answer questions so I thought I would see if anyone else had experience with this lender.

Yes. the original lender probably will not but a new lender may- there first question is gonna be what is your exit strategy so be prepared to answer that question.
