@Stetson, for teaching purposes, do you mind sharing what type of business structure you use and how it is structured all together?

Should I focus on teaching him the basics of personal finance, like saving and budgeting, or is there a way to introduce him to more advanced concepts like market analysis? 

Sucks that our education program teach us nothing about this matter.I agree that competition is important for the market! 

I've done extensive research into the options and a lot of the paid options seem to focus on teaching specific investment methods.

Are they teaching auditing of originations ?  

I give you one example :a) what he has been teaching in multifamilyu.com is outright dangerous for newbie investor.

Teach a man to fish, feed him for a lifetime! 

I follow a program that teaches how to maximize points and buy discount travel.

They are also filled with newbies that just paid $10K for a course and the Days Inn from someone that doesn't, themselves, really know real estate...otherwise they wouldn't be teaching it, they would be doing it.

If these courses are so great and teach you everything you need to know, WHY were these people coming to me, to learn the business?
