Wanted something to stand out and not be sort of a 5 minute snack that gets eaten and tossed and forgotten about until a while later.

And it's also small stuff for every stayi.e. laying out snacks for every customer, little special touches if it's a special event, etc.

I am basically looking for a restaurant that is large enough to fit us comfortably - but not so loud that we can't hear each other talk -  that way we can have a lunch or a snack since it will be during the lunch hour. 

I don't have experience on the other side of the counter, but in the same way that a movie theatre is a snack bar that happens to show movies, a skating rink is a snack bar and arcade that happens to also have skating.

Bring $5 to cover pizza and snacks, and it runs about 3 hours.  

If you're filing the manuals, you could always get snack or sandwich sided zip locks and staple them to the manual/folder.

Then have a detailed email to send them with address, directions from airport, how to get in, nearby stuff to do, link to yelp w/ filter for tasty restaurants near your house (just search on yelp, then copy and paste it), must-do’s in the neighborhood, etc.5) Don’t go crazy trying to please people too much!
