@Sameer KhI won’t keep it..... however unless you can find another property that is worth investing, I would keep some dry powder for 2022 or 2023...If you sell it at $130K, there is no real taxable income.... you won’t be paying much of any tax

I am presently testing this recipe promoted on YouTube and other home repair site:-Mix equal parts sugar and boric acid powder-Place in jars or small containers near infected areasI placed my test mixture into a small petri dish and so far, haven't seen them drawn to it like some have claimed.

I am surprised they havent put a limit per person. for those with noses full of dust, i strongly reccomend a neti pot, get distilled water in gallon jugs and the special neti pot powder mixture, it cleans all the junk out of your nose and sinuses.
