I was concerned about my girls 9 ad 11 returning to school and increasing their possible exposure to this questionable H1N1 flu and its outright killing some not affecting others.My little one complained of a sore throat, no spots a picker then usual look, after the first week of school, but with no fever no other symptoms.

And this administration isn't solving the problem...they're just trying to address the symptoms, which won't keep the patient alive long-term...In my opinion...

One symptom we are seeing of this is how non standardized test subjects such as art and music are getting marginalized.

A solution that fixes the symptoms and not the underlying disease is simply going to control the problem until the next bust.

I suppose you could become a psychic, tarot card reader, or fortune teller...Short of that, it simply boils down to realizing why markets "emerge", then watching for the signs and symptoms that characterize an emerging market.  

Make investing decisions based on a tax bill is foolish, but that is what I have seen a lot of people do.So maybe the issues I see with 1031s are simply a symptom of people having sub optimal decision making paradigms.

Question: why are they treating the symptom (application screening policies) and not the root cause (racist laws and justice system)?

That wolkd be there no matter what else you were busy doing and is just a symptom of bigger issues.
