Ideally, you pick a good property that is self-sustaining.

The only other good lenders I've seen are credit unions and regional/local banks.

I'd say one of the issues I'm having in the Sarasota/Bradenton region is the rapid changing regulations in regards to STR.

IMO outside of a few small markets in the southeast the midwest is the only region in the U.S right now where you can purchase property with leverage and still expect a reasonable cash flow. 

To achieve this, I’m planning to scale rapidly by performing a couple of syndications to acquire a larger portfolio.I currently have a portfolio of 17 properties, but to justify labor costs and create a sustainable structure, I need to expand quickly.

If multiple states you will want a regional or countrywide lender.  3.  

When you move out you begin to experience POSITIVE CASH FLOW in which your tenants help you buy the property.....where eventually you own it out right, and now it becomes like a pension..........Predictable and Sustainable income for life.   

I am basically looking for a cashflow property in the Lehigh Valley or anywhere else, but I would love to visit the property as I am staying in the NJ/NY region.
