As a general rule, each entity that files a separate tax return (partnership, s-corp, c-corp, etc) will need its own QBO subscription.

I didn't see a specific subscription for the BiggerStays newsletter, but selected the Short Term Rental newsletter. 

Honestly, before the paid subscription, lots of tenant messaged me for showing and submitted application as well. 

Searching the Internet drive me to this out and chat, but in case it helps someone else, two years ago I start paying $495 a month in a one year subscription net 30 plan.
