All programs have LLPAs but that's more so any bank's individual guidelines and overlays to specific product pricing.

Was there anything specific about their lead sourcing, pricing, or platform features that seemed different from other lead-gen services?

We most certainly encourage them to share their experiences, and it would actually be nice to see some support for newer investors who got their first deal done successfully, even if you don't agree with their specific strategy.
