I had a long conversation with Equity Trust today, and I'm almost ready to move forward with them, but upon further investigation they seem to have some pretty negative reviews.

As you can see, the median rent MoM has jumped from $1388 to $1,500 and after a conversation with our leasing team, they have been the busiest they have been in a few weeks, leasing multiple properties with increased rates and in little time on the market for rent.

Everyone is home and deciding to do those updates they have been putting off.I can't wait to meet up again, love the conversation and hearing how everyone is doing.

A person who has spent his 2000 to 4000 minimum CPA practice hours doing foreign currency conversions at Deloitte for a Belgian energy company may not know the first thing about real estate or anything else.

Hi Andrew, glad to have you in the forums, there are plenty of good conversations happening on here especially for out of state long term renting.

The more properties you walk and the more industry conversations you have, the better you’ll get at identifying these opportunities.

Better to spend $60-80k for a conversion than over 120k.  

But I need PHONE NUMBERS to get better conversion rate for my letters.
