In SF & West Oakland, they aren't building 1800's era Victorian buildings any more, so in rehabbed condition, they sell for more than a building without that character..

He completely rehabbed the disgusting 1960's era apartment we assigned him & plants an amazing Italian summer garden in the back 5 acres.

My parents live on a busy street and had 1950's era single pain glass windows.

I agree that the Neighborhoods are funky, at least the ones constructed around the 30-50's era. 

Our past areas of operation have included many of the North East districts of Los Angeles, Los Feliz, Silverlake, Echo Park, to name a few; and we are quickly expanding west into the hills and coastal communities. 

I have some 1990's era stoves (even a 1980s or two) still doing fine...
