In terms of automated workflows, a good example of this is automated follow-up sequences.

I know that several DD reports have to be done during the DD period (ex: financial document audit, PCA, ESA) but is there any sequence in which these are conducted? 

Click funnels is not the way to find or get motivated seller leads it’s just a funnel to send traffic to and capture leads to send a follow sequence.

That way you are only targeting people on your list and it is more for brand recognition than anything else, as part of a follow up sequence.

It may be such that your campaign needs to include a series of letters, in sequence, that appears to create an ongoing relationship with your target audience.

(so in sequence of smarts as: mom and pop MF investors, hedge funds, mom and pop real estate investors, investors from other fields, mom and pop passive investors)  Do you see smart money leaving or slowing?  

If somebody has a simple sequence of events as far as how the process goes it would be a great help.
