RE your last sentence, even worse IMO are the people who lie to a landlord who does not allow animals at all.

But, the truth is that unless you bought before 2020 you are probably going to have an underperforming asset that is a negative cash flowing liabilityNot exactly saying everyone will fail, but it does intimate that in this sentence. 

I love it when the asset "protection" folks get all pumped up and start talking about octopussies and series llc and legs and LLC three times in one sentence and parent/child and heads and legs.NEWS FLASH: Real world liability issues are resolved by your insurance company.

Your first two sentences are clear.

Read my first two sentences in my OP again...I'm not talking about ONE rental property, this was clearly noted.

However, as demonstrated, a simple mix up in the wording of a sentence can lead to trouble.  

Hey Olaf,For the flipping book, we did a LOT of basic editing -- grammar, spelling, rearranging ambiguous sentences, etc. 

The awards have been based on the premise that if someone has served their sentence, they are deemed free and clear of their debt to society.
