In 2017 and 2018 there were sensational articles about the exodus of folks leaving the Bay Area.

Lots of work and hardware costs I wouldn't want with unless you're charging these people adequately for the service and your time.Potential liability concerns aren't sensationalism in this country.

I also think it weed out the YouTube, overnight sensations, and everybody else simply from a discouragement stand point of showing that is by no means as easy at it looks.

Unfortunately many enter this business expecting to be an overnight sensation and think they are going to be able to "fire" their boss by the end of the month.
