I assume the HOA Has to be some type of legal entity, registered with the state, usually the divisions of corporations, or whatever your secretary state calls it.BTW, is this a wood wall, concrete, etc?  

@Ryan Blake There is no Secretary of State supplied form that creates a series LLC in TX.

Just check with your secretary of state for requirements and forms.

Check with the Secretary of State's Office to see if the LLC is still active.

They were 2 houses over their limit, so I had the HOA secretary double check.

And make sure the company name is available through your Secretary of State and that the same name is available to use for your website.Don't overthink it.

It is run by the MN Secretary of State and allows police officers, government officials, victims of domestic violence, etc to hide their physical address. 

These are forms that an attorney will have a secretary prepare (and notarize if the sellers are in the area.)

I’d love to legally rezone it to a two flat and renovate the addition but after talking with the secretary at zoning downtown I thought I better post the question here first.
