mario Yes, it's a risk, and like the big balls from the city makes some law, they want one or two "examples" that are scandalous enough to take notice, if it is non rampant, the city wouldn't mind, but if it's significant enough to get complaints from hotels/motels, then that's when the city takes action and implement laws.

I have never done any business with them, but heard plenty.Out of curiosity, I just did one: it looks mostly benign on just the name, but Google also auto-suggests adding words like “scandal” or “lawsuit” to the search.
