When a tenant moves out, transfer the deposit back to Checking so it's ready to apply towards expenses or refund the Tenant.If you end up with excess funds in the Checking account, I recommend you transfer it to a third account designated explicitly for future investments.

Tons of rules here which make a condo association "warrantable" vs "non-warrantable" but just one on the list: one owner owning the majority of the units alone will typically make them non-warrantable.

And as long as they're current and not breaking rules in the lease, they can say rude things to me.But blasting loud music etc sounds past that.
