How big is the space they are renting? 

Would you help is wedding coordinating/planning or just rent the space out?

I recently added a half bathroom out of existing space in a very high cost market.  

In Franklinton there are plenty of large projects going on that will bring massive growth to the west side of Columbus, such as the Peninsula Development, which is a multiphase project that will erect a 24 story apartment complex featuring a grocery store, a multi use office space building, and a new hotel featuring a two-story venue. 

Borrowers should always shop around, especially in the hard money space where it is so easy to quickly get preliminary terms over the phone.

That will allow you to build the additional legal space further amplifying the value of the proprety (more HELOC money). 

Assuming we are talking about similar versions of co-living, I would argue it is higher.I own a co-living space in Pittsburgh, PA. 

We have been working in the affordable housing space for some time, and this allowed us to partner with the local community and provide a housing solution they need as their city continues to expand with new jobs they are successfully bringing to town.

I've cheaped out and bought doors where I had to chisel out the space for the hinges and strike plates.

Cold calling IMO is the easiest way to get into the space.
