I've required rent up front for the entire period, proof of funds to ensure they could cover rent 3x for each month they were staying and a letter from their program administrator ensuring that the students were on rotation and were required to relocate after their rotation was over.

Not sure if you are ripe for an EB5 type raise as well, but might look into that, depending on how many staff/jobs you plan to create.I don't know if you can alter the vision or modify it, but you might also consider rotating your theme each weekend/week of the month to have a wider audience.

Each foreign investment is very different, and each investor is different.For us, US people it's best to start to probably rotate into other industries like emerging markets, small cap, etc., before the mass do.
