IMHO, you should look into some type of systematic roadmap that you can follow in steps to complete your first deal or so until you get the hang of it.

Look for a good real estate investing roadmap, or you might be kicking tires for a long time!

You are asking for too much.You want a road map with all the curves for every possibility.

Such a book will provide a road map. it will go into details that are difficult to present on a public forum.

When a question pops to mind, write it down and bring it to this message board.Follow this roadmap, and I promise you you'll have a good beginning knowledge of REI within one month.

I have been humbled several times, realizing that I sometimes fall flat on my face in my efforts to follow my own roadmap.

As far as I am concerned, there is 80%+ that just go through life in a fog, can’t think or make a logical conclusion with a road map and wonder why things are going badly for them.

I'd highly recommend it as a roadmap to setting yourself up for FI, and it may cause you to rethink investing in your 401k in favor of better returns elsewhere.Here's to your REI adventure!
