Remember there was almost a riot down there last week with like 300-400 residents and 200 or so police gathered?

The reason I have been thinking about it is the rioting going on in Missouri.

This outraged the entire neighborhood, which began to riot.

I would not be shocked if they pulled that arrow back out of their quiver to stimulate new business back to the downtown core that is a freaking ghost town now with homeless camping everywhere and Antifa breaking windows and peaceful protesting literally every night since the George Floyd riots started 

Lockdowns, riots, and crazy housing prices drastically raising the entry-level for new investors.

It sounds like a "mostly peaceful" neighborhood, kind of like the "mostly peaceful" riots that took place during the Summer of Love last year.Personally, I would let people know.

Policies have impact, absolutely, as does literally everything from hurricanes too riots as well, but to say it just Governments that move markets.....

Area is key and economy and competition .Working on over 2600 flips in my life has been a complete RIOT  !  

We tried to boot strap the rehab costs instead of using hard money and ended up taking way too long to get it done (a pandemic and a civil rights riot did not help the timeline but no excuses!).
