I see many good reviews from the past.

Our minimum Standard is 620 credit score, 3x rent in monthly income, no prior evictions, and last 3 landlord good reviews.

I have access to all lender appraised values in CA so I only need the address.  

I really wish I had seen a detailed review of Foundation Property Management (FPM) or TurnkeyInvest here on BiggerPockets before signing on with them several years ago.
