Between the webinar replays and the podcast catalog, I am contemplating retreating on a mountain-top sabbatical with my iPhone and headphones!

On a large scale, we are working on a healing and arts retreat in a 58,600 square foot facility.

I went to their Create Your Future Goals retreat earlier this year and it was fabulous!

I have one buddy an attorney he has 200k worth of them in Mexico and uses them for family retreats in awesome locations and accommodations..

Wow thanks for liking this post, now 2 years later.So an update, the tenants are still with us and even came with us to a marriage retreat weekend! 

This is why I believe interest rates will eventually drop back into the 3-4% range.I imagine 1 or 2 more rate hikes, and then believe that rates will hold steady for 6-12 months before starting to retreat lower.  

It's a retreat for all of us... very quiet compared to most roommate situations.

are your families going to keep it for a retreat or do the airbnb gig ??  

Your posts have motivated me to keep the property and try short term renting it and I'll continue to use it as my winter retreat.
