There are so many rentals in the area, probably on shared wells, so those people have either decided the STR use is okay or they are comfortable risking it.My intuition is that any actual disagreement over water usage could be handled with the other owner; but the risk would be if the other owner just doesn't like the STR and wants to use the well agreement as a reason to demand it be shut down.Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

So, if you're looking to email your investor clients to try and raise funds, I'll have to warn you that it could very easily get your account shut down almost instantly with Mailchimp.

What if you have a bunch of money in Bitcoins and North Korea sets off a nuclear bomb that takes out satellites and shuts down all communication, computers, etc. then Bitcoins aren't going to be too accessible will they?  

If not long they could get future claims to mount up on a warranty if any and shut the company down and restart under another name.
