It is hard to respond to this without fully understanding the issue and missing pertinent information such as what market etc. 

Yeah, you lost money on your investment, but you're not risking our first responders for your views and retirement nest egg.

When I had any questions they responded quickly or as reasonably quickly as they could.

I'll also add, I had the best luck when I responded RIGHT AWAY.
