Should this comp as new construction or remodel?

That no additions or remodeling was completed without a permit.

I wouldn't knock down anything, it was suggested that I remodeled the two that I have.

I see a lot of LL compare their old unit that hasn't been remodeled in 15 years and has delayed maintenance to some newer units.... they create a vacancy but jumping to what they see as market and that vacancy and remodel costs them tons of $$ that takes YEARS to catch up on with that jump to market.

I'm curious to know how often property managers actively suggest value-add activities for properties (ie, building an ADU, remodeling, buy-fix-hold opportunities etc etc). 

I lost nine pounds during the remodel and at the final week of work, I fell face fist off the ladder and was knocked out and suffered fractures in my face.

Would I pay for all the remodel expenses and then 50/50 split of profits or does contractor pay remodel cost?

He did the repairs and remodel himself.

Needs a huge remodel (they put the shower in the living room, and you can't open the oven all the way in the kitchen, absolutely ridiculous).I did check the events and meetups category, couldn't find anything nearby. 

Most assignors in my area of Texas have virtually no concept of the real costs associated with an investment, including acquisition, hold, remodel and sale costs.
