What I learned is the larger the project the more political it gets between departments and branches of government all having their hand in the cookie jar trying to pick out the biggest one with the most chocolate chips.............. : )The land is the harder part and getting anchors signed and financing in place to take down the parcels.

Never once have I seen them broken down on the side of the road, granted they usually are blowing so much smoke they probably require a quart of oil each time you hit the gas station though.Grow the mullet, put on the blue blockers and rock that beater.

If your that worried about a leak or a heater going out I would take the money you save by not buying the warranty and put it in a cookie jar in case something pops up , kinda like a health savings account
