Hi all, I wanted to get some comments and thoughts about a proposed deal.

They assist investors in preparing necessary documentation, such as detailed project proposals, financial statements, and credit histories, which are crucial for persuading lenders.

But ultimately, the terms proposed can be changed at any moments notice.

I would assume that you'd just simply sell each individual lot to the developer at a set lot price such that your cost to purchase the raw land and improve it to buildable lots was worth the proposed profit per lot.
