What types of investments are working right now or look promising in the next few years?

The Main St property in Grainfield, KS, offered a promising opportunity due to its low purchase price and strong potential for a high return after renovations.

Under this scam, a homeowner facing foreclosure is approached by someone who promises to help save the person’s home.

They were super slow, had literally no idea how to read a basic purchase agreement contract, messed up on most of the paperwork, and ultimately were going to cause us to close 2-3 weeks late, with a lot of extra fees and less LTV than originally promised.

I have made some promising contacts since posting my last couple posts.

I promise you they will respond to this by saying "Hi Victor, I don't see your name in our records, please give me a call so we can address your concerns" It's all for show.

because I was paying my bird-dogs vs having them pay me and just promise how someday, maybe just maybe they will bring the grand-slam of a deal and then I will be paying them oh-so much $$$$$ Seriously, from those buying into this I gotta understand how your mind works, no insult meant, I am genuinely intrigued and baffled because if it's a good deal you can go to any number of investors and get $, not a one will charge you for the opportunity to present them deal. 

By diversifying, but still investing in the most promising deals, you limit the possibility of a devastating loss without limiting your upside.  

Haven't completely finished researching so not sure what area yet, but it seems promising.
