So, you are not skipping anything.Further, using the same May 7th closing date you would see on your closing disclosure under pre-paid interest you are paying interest from the day of closing until May 30th. 

They accept credit or debit cards, which is nice.

If you refi into a 30 year, your debit service will be about $5k +taxes and insurance, whatever that is in OR. 

They did not, at the time of my trial, offer any check-writing capabilities, so paying bills is nigh on impossible unless you find a vendor that will take a virtual debit card or ACH payments.

So I was buying repair items for my rental at Home Depot and I forgot and used my personal debit card...is there a simple way of expensing the items and paying for them out of the business account AFTER the fact? 

I had to cancel my debit card before they initiated payment because I knew if they initiated payment I'd never see it again.
