In general I have unfortunately never gotten much return on any social media marketing. 

The one guy I spoke with said they make money only when they sell to potential investors and they only sell new construction homes that are usually pre-leased to buyers (currently they are building in Texas state and Missouri State).

.: During our pre-scheduled quarterly inspections, most of our tenants just go about their usual activities—cooking, watching TV, working, etc.

A HYSA pays 4.5-5%(before rates went down) pre-tax, 3% net tax if you're a high earner. 

Or did the buyers authorize Escrow to pre release to the builder ????

Their children (now in their late 40s) inherited the house, but they have not listed it on the market, and I heard that neither is willing to move into it from their current setup, so the property has been sitting vacant.
