@Zach Whitley HOT no longer needs to be factored as Airbnb and VRBO both recently began collecting each outside of an owners revenue and remits to the city on the owners behalf.Galveston now mandates this for all STRs listed on those platforms.

With online platforms like Angie you can filter by their rating and reviews. 

I put them all in a chat interface, and calculate using AI so one doesn't need to juggle between different platforms.

However, I have the suspicion that he's in bed with his contractor, getting a cut on top what his platform costs you.
