My name is Lee Escobedo and I live in Plano TX (Dallas area).

When you are on a limit budget, you might try Irving, Plano, or Lewisville.

I currently have two flip projects going on in Plano. 

Maybe Richardson and Plano.  

Anything over $1500 is difficult to achieve unless you're in places like Plano, Frisco, Richardson, etc., but even there I don't think you'd get $1600 on a $160k house.  

For those familiar with the area and market it is a section of Plano a few blocks from downtown that is not exactly a great area.

Found a house while driving for dollars and, when I go to our county records, I see that:It's owned by Bank of America at  7105 Corporate Dr Plano, TX 75024It was bought in 2014 from the "Secretary of Housing and Urban" for $5.Can you please offer insight on what it means when the bank is shown as the current owner?

For our personal residence, we have identified areas that have good middle and high schools, which include Frisco, McKinney, Prosper, Plano, Providence Village, and Wylie.  

If you are looking for appreciation, shoot for Plano, Richardson, Frisco and Mckinney.
