Way too much time spent on phone calls and on chats etcYeah it’s especially frustrating when you get the autopay all set up and then they transfer the loan to a new bank or a new servicing company takes over and it’s back to square one again.  

I would also let them know they are ranked on a point system based on our application criteria.

In the past 10 years, Ocala has greatly improved the employment base, adding tons of logistics and distribution jobs on top of the medical, service and equestrian jobs that we have always had. 

Unsolicited phone call offering to buy a condo I own 500 miles away in Texas panhandle.  

That phone call may be the decision maker.I would also look into Virginia Housing.
