We use a fixed master code for access and can generate single-use codes for specific dates, ideal for maintenance purposes.

Now lets look at concentration:Similar, ODC appears to be doing MF, debt, MHP etc.Kawaoka appears to be in anything and everything.Rad appears to be land, rentals and a $50k membership group to teach you how to buy real estate (which is ironic based on their current situation)...Ashcroft appears stays in their lane.Norada has little real estate but ecommerce, membership groups, broadway plays, bitcoin etc. but is starting a STR rental fund...These Jack of All Trades, Master of None....  

I go to a meet up in San diego called private lending masters.  

It will take hell of a time for me to learn and master it (it could be as easy as snapping fingers for someone who does it for a living).

I called USPS and they mentioned that you would need to go to the local post master at the post office to make a request.

I would honestly check the Master Plan held with the city or county that should give you an idea of what the future use could be. also check to see if they got mineral rights as well there may be something in the area that you are unaware of.

One more quick question, do you use a master lease or do individual ones?  

: the best option is to go to the "school of no sword" and master the art of  "winning with no hands", so you are never in a situation where you need to carry.

While you will likely discover some good ones, in my experience you will find people more invested in marketing and gathering fees from your investment then mastering real estate operations.
