I have been able to take my real estate portfolio to a level in which i really didn't think possible and educate myself on so many things not only in real estate but in creating wealth throughout the power of networking with others that have experience and proven track records in other types of businesses.

This will increase the return above what can be obtained on a passive investment.The flipside of having the power to control everything is that it can be alot of work (and a full-time job if a person is putting in sweat equity).

When in process of transferring duties to next persons, the newer persons start in the LLC, eventually take over that role, the exiting person remains on at trust, later bringing in the replacing person to that role as well.

Not doing anything to get better education or employment opportunities.

I have been consuming as much education/reading regarding out of state investing as I can as well as literature regarding buying larger buildings (not quite the syndication level) although I have been reading that material as well to digest.

Starting out can be overwhelming, but it’s great that you’re getting educated early.
