your right it is a matter of personal feeling and perception.

She can tell you if your perceptions are right or not.

Here's a couple perceptions:1- Properties can cash flow2- Currently a rough neighborhood. 

My perception of Aurora is not that.

Realize the rents on containers might be less than rents on a traditional storage facility because of the perception of the public (it looks like crap to see a bunch of containers side by side, versus an actual storage facility). 

Or maybe my perception is off on the space.
