I've always said IL should legalize Marijuana & become really really Pro LL. 

All of my leases have a No drug use, or drugs on the property, including marijuana.  

He smokes marijuana in the property, made modifications to the unit without my approval and failed to get renters insurance.

We found plenty of marijuana and crack pipes, pills of almost every variety and about a half pound of cocaine. 

But I've been told this err is actually quite common, so I've decided to do my best to take advantage of the peculiar opportunity.

When I read "girls were in charge of the basic construction" before clicking the link i thought it looked a little peculiar.

I've been approached twice by companies wanting to take advantage of Washington States new laws on marijuana and open dispensaries.

All this isn't to say you can't get a great deal and make money in DelCo, far from it, just saying each area has it's own pitfalls and peculiarities and these are the couple I've noticed for that area. 

This area is infamous for being part of the "Emerald Triangle" meaning Marijuana is a substantial part of the economy.

Any peculiarities about doing a roof in California other than high insurance costs?
