Would a diagonal crack in the foundation worry you?

For your tenants would driving in and parking 3 cars on a diagonal work?

We replaced ugly dark brown diagonal cedar siding w/ light gray vinyl siding.

Remember, the runways are at diagonals: one from 63rd and Cicero to 55th and Central and the other diagonal is 55th and Cicero to 63rd and Central.

My only experience with this was a diagonal property line across a half mile of farm property.

Key points we heard from Senator Gardner are:· This bill is about ‘Parity”· He is looking for fairness and equity from an assessor point of view· There is no house sponsor· This was not to increase tax revenue· He does not want any assessment plans to drive land use.

On a couple of houses that I've had there were (IIRC) 4" X 12 with 1" X 6" laid diagonally over those.On one of those I had bad 1" X 6" but everything above those was good because we had replaced them a few years before when we replaced a leaking shower pan.

Dollar for US dollar I'll bet the long term value and upside of OR Coast investment compared to other Pacific Northwest markets is at least on parity, assuming you can break into the market.Anyone else having difficulty finding deals for clients or themselves? 

This is a PARITY issue, and if you're not in that situation, I won't take the time here to address it.
