The only difference on paper is that the deductible for hail and winter storms is 5k instead of the 2,5k that I have with Farmers. 

Does the 60% the condo-hotel takes include the HOA fees or utilities or replacement of furniture/repairs to the unit like plumbing or stuff like towels and sheets etc?

Hello Allen,Last year, we conducted a study with a few clients and produced a white paper.

The only thing interesting in 2024 WC defaults is the vintage year, which is over 35% 2021-2022, meaning a lot of recent borrowers threw in the towel in short order (no pun intended).

So I would give all of the their walking papers, bring your unit up to market or slightly below, and get it rented to a good tenant.

They don't have time to sit around wondering whether to keep those old boxes of used toilet paper rolls.

Overall, looking back now, I admit my emotions were played and took the bait (got to as far as putting my contact details on paper but no bank details or signing anything) but stopped because couldn't afford it.

Everything can be done with a calculator and a piece of paper if need be.
