Any advice is welcome.In my opinion, if you can go conventional, most of the time it is a better choice due to the better interest rate and terms.

My personal opinion is that, while shifting investments into real estate may be the right move for your situation, there is likely a lot of work to be done before you get to that step to avoid a potentially costly mistake.

In my opinion, the price of any commodity or service is reasonable depending on the benefits you will achieve from paying that price.
