If the trust is disregarded and you and your wife file a joint tax return the property is reported on your personal joint return.

They converted the garage into a studio and been renting the upstairs and the downstairs on Airbnb for years. 

I am looking at listings online, running my numbers.

There is a spot on the brick exterior wall that you can move with your foot.

If you're not willing to raise the rent on your tenants, I would sell it.

I don't see mcuh on this business partner.
