I'm in Ohio and we see those lower loan amounts pretty regularly. 

I'm in Columbus Ohio and we ahve to build the same floorplan over and over and it's a group heard mentality. we build a three story walk up triplex designed for our infill lots

Yes, I have been very happy with the team at True Home Ohio.

The lender did everything wrong in this situation and now are paying for it.Now they are trying to sell the loan at a slight discount (oh did I say its a 0% interest loan and they jacked up the UPB of the loan instead of adding interest) - again another rookie mistake. 

If you're open to checking out other Ohio markets, I personally recommend Columbus OH.

Im really interested in buying some cashflowing rentals in Ohio, Indiana, Arkansas, maybe the Carolinas.
